Well the most famous series is Batman: TAS but the animation you said reminded me of a show from a while back called The Batman.

Well, I think you might mean batman the animated series, or the sequel the new batman adventures, which had the character models of them on static shock.Or it could be the batman, which is a more anime style design. Google each and you can see the different styles of art.

I completely understand. There are so many batman cartoons that it is hard to find the one you want.
What you want is known on the interwebs as "Batman TAS" (or Batman: The Animated Series if you want to get technical). Give it a shot 
The later seasons were called The Adventures of Batman & Robin but they usually come up under Batman TAS too
