    Hobbit Casting Avalanche - October 23, 2010 by Admin

    Despite the various rumors and speculation surround this role, there has only ever been one Bilbo Baggins for us. There are a few times in your career when you come across an actor who you know was born to play a role, but that was the case as soon as I met Martin. He is intelligent, funny, surprising and brave — exactly like Bilbo and I feel incredibly proud to be able to announce that he is our Hobbit.

    Richard is one of the most exciting and dynamic actors working on screen today and we know he is going to make an amazing Thorin Oakenshield. We cannot wait to start this adventure with him and feel very lucky that one of the most beloved characters in Middle Earth is in such good hands.

    Does my coding and logic make sense? please advise C++ QT4? - October 23, 2010 by Admin

    question :

    Okay so here is the coding : it’s for a hobbit application allowing you to pick a hobbit, example Frodo or Samwise etc.

    #include <QInputDialog>
    #include <QStringList>
    #include <QApplication>

    int main(int argc, char** argv) {
    QApplication app(argc, argv);
    app.setQuitOnLastWindowClosed(false);
    QStringList hobbits, yesno;
    hobbits << "Frodo" << "Bilbo" << "Samwise" << "Merry" << "Pippin";
    yesno << "yes" << "no";
    QString outcome, more, title("Hobbit Selector");
    QString query("Pick your favorite Hobbit");
    do {
    QString pick =
    QInputDialog::getItem(0, title, query, hobbits);
    outcome = QString("You picked %1, try again?").arg(pick);
    more = QInputDialog::
    getItem(0, "Pick a Hobbit",

    That wouldn’t make sense as it is not showing the location of the
    changes in the original, and it doesn’t show deletions, or what is a
    change, or an addition. It best to show the changes in diff(1)
    format[1], or show the before, and after documents side-by-side.

    Here is an example diff, annotated, see the "^" comments. It would look better if identations wasn’t lost):

    frayser@gentoo /usr/lucho/src/frayser/practice/C++/Ashley Durban SA/Hobbits

    Why do liberals insist that tea party members wear white sheets, when one of their own was a confirmed member? - October 23, 2010 by Admin

    of the KKK?

    Sen. Robert Byrd is the only member of Congress who publically admitted that he was a member of the KKK. He renounced his KKK membership in the 1960′s and liberals forgave him.

    During the 1940s Senator Byrd spent two "ELECTED" terms as a recruiter for the Ku Klux Klan in West Virginia. Senator Byrd was one of the DEMOCRATS That tried to prevent the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Bill with a Filibuster. Senator Byrd was among the Democrats that voted AGAINST the 1964 Civil Rights act.

    In a letter to Mississippi Senator Bilbo in 1947, Senator Byrd wrote "never submit to fight beneath the banner [the American flag] with a ***** by my side. Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds

    Because so many of them are hypocrites…duh

    Liberal denial is never a pretty sight.

    I don’t care what they wear. I just think they are low grade morons.

    Socialist/Communist propaganda plain and simple. They are dangerous to our freedoms and must be defeated at all cost.
    PollyAnna | Sep 21, 2010

    and people like alveda king speaks and supports the tea party. they cannot reconcile the black supporters among the tea party. ignorance i guess. it makes no sense.

    the lefts fear tactics is a major reason why they will lose many seats
    Too logical for my own good | Sep 21, 2010

    Byrd was only elected by one state – not all Democrats.

    The Tea Party has had racism exposed in every state in which they are active.
    oohhbother | Sep 21, 2010

    Because that is all liberals know how to do is attack. They do a very good job of it too. At this point, liberals have nothing else, but attack.
    timetravler | Sep 21, 2010

    They make baseless accusations against other’s because it’s the only way they know to make themselves look better…their stance on the issues and policies just aren’t appealing enough by themselves.
    Sawyer | Sep 21, 2010

    First of all, he’s dead. Second, that was over 50 years ago. Third, as you said, it’s "one" person. Fourth, the anti-civil rights agenda has, since the 60s, been carried by the right wing of the Republican Party, of which the Tea Party is the standard bearer.

    So, are we talkiing current events or ancient history? If the sheet fits, wear it.
    Lawyer X | Sep 21, 2010

    do you have a time machine we dont know about. why does an event forty years ago matter when the gentleman in question changed his views. thats the point. forty years ago he would have been comfortabel with those in the tea party that exhibit bigotry. we all now that there is a majority of the tea an republican party that have no problems with race. what we are talking about is the loud minority who speak an arent admonished. rather than talk about the past we have tea party politicians
    Tom R | Sep 21, 2010

    In my opinion the reason is to deflect from the tea party’s creditability, they know that we are not racists, yet they believe if we spend our time defending that accusation we will lose focus on the issues.
