Triple H this year and the match stipulation is ‘No Disqualification’ in the match I
got this theory that somehow there is going to be some major controversy in the
match. My theory is that Shawn Michaels is going to help Triple H win the match
and end the winning streak? What do you think about that? Or even if Shawn did
try to get involved in the match could the Undertaker take on both Degeneration X
members Triple H & Shawn Michaels? Let me know what you think any thoughts?

This preserves the streak, and HHH doesn’t lose face, because he has the ‘distraction’.. I think part of why they are ignoring X-7 is that some future angle will hinge on HHH’s loss being ‘unclean’ — and calling attention to his clean loss 10 years ago would negate it

Absolutely not, I feel that would greatly discredit whatever this match could/would give to the Streak.
Would any of Undertaker’s awesome WM matches been as great if he had won via DQ or interference? Absolutely not, we would feel ripped off.
If Shawn were in this match people would be worrying about the possibility of a screw-job, or wondering about Shawn in general. He’d draw too much attention away from both wrestlers.

LOD’s forgetting that there have been a couple of instances of Undertaker winning via interferance. If they book it right, it doesn’t make him look any weaker.
If Triple H ends the streak, it’ll be because of Shawn and the backstage politics will be too disgusting to watch anymore. If Shawn helps preserve the streak, it’ll be kind of pointless since I don’t want Shawn back on active wrestling duty. Either way, it’s stupid to involve him and not simply make him a ref or something

I don’t see HBK interfering with the match because he already got his spotlight by facing Taker at WM twice and he lost both times, so if he helped HHH out but he still lost that would be like HBK’s third time at trying to defeat Undertaker.
Sure HHH is HBK’s friend but none of Undertaker’s matches have been won by DQ or Countout, I feel if HHH were to try and make Taker weak he would do so on his own terms, he doesn’t need HBK or anybody else, HHH’s plan is to end the streak on his
