i need a song about a woman, a femme fatale that goes with a man and then leaves him, throws him like trash, but he loves her because she’s so beautiful
it doesn’t need to include all that, just with a song about a woman that ‘plays’ with a man and then throws him away.
i already know the song maneater from hall & oates

In the film Last Seduction, when Mike first meets in the Femme Fatale in "Ray’s Bar", what song is playing in the background? It overtakes every sound in the scene at the beginning when they’re drinking shots, but then fades afterwards. Thanks.

After spending a few weeks teasing it out and enticing her fans with the release of the huge new single “Hold It Against Me,” Britney Spears has finally pulled back the curtain on both the title and the album cover for her upcoming release. The cover is little more than an image of the singer’s face (which is not entirely shocking), but the title is an interesting one. Spears has settled on Femme Fatale as the name of her seventh full-length, and it conjures up an incredible series of images and references.
Femme Fatale is a French phrase that directly translates to “deadly woman” and is an archetypal character type. Femme fatales are everywhere, in history (Cleopatra), religion (Delilah), folklore (Clytemnestra) and most notably in film noir (like Mary Astor’s character in “The Maltese Falcon”). In fact, if Britney Spears really wants to go all-in with her new album (as she did when she essentially became a ringmaster character throughout the cycle of Circus ), here are four noir tropes she needs to adopt immediately.
Private Detectives Have you ever watched a movie from the 1940s where the characters go to a club where they dress in tuxedos, watch a giant orchestra and dance a bit in between champagne cocktails? Those places should totally come back, and Spears could headline one of them (just like Madonna’s role as Breathless Mahoney in “Dick Tracy”).
What do you think of Britney Spears’ new album title? Let us know in the comments!
