Why does everybody in the world protests against Bush but no one ever protested when Irak invaded Kuwait? - February 23, 2011 by Admin

Or why everybody protests against Israel when they attack Lebanon but no one ever protested against Hezbollah’s terrorists attacks during all these years?
Or why haven’t we seen people marching against the terrorists after 9/11 in other countries in the world?

I live in Latin America and all I see is bashing against Bush and the US, but never anyone saying anything against the terrorists, Saddam, Kadhafi, the Iranian lunatic, Chavez, etc.

Why – because back seat driving is a lot easier than taking the wheel and driving the car.

It is always easier to second guess someone who takes action, then it is to be the one calling the shots.

The liberals in our country wouldn’t allow it. They would call it racism.

    You are 100% correct.
    Bobby D | Sep 02, 2006

The liberal media doesn’t really care. Normal people in general think terrorism is a bad thing but when it doesn’t directly affect them they aren’t going to do much about it…like marching. Liberals, who like the marching thing, wouldn’t march against terrorists because they admire the terrorist; they think that the terrorist is a really committed liberal. They envy them that commitment….so they march…

I agree with you 100%. The ignorance of most American’s now days is emabarressing for our country to the world.

I am proud to be an American, just not proud of what some might call an "american" today.

because everyone hate the good guys, you wanna know why? its because we’re no longer the underdogs. there is not 6 foot tall german racist with 10 years of combat experience and the most deadly tank in the world to root against, no big bad, expanding soviet union to hate and fear. these days we the dominators, which you know, should be a good thing since we’re the people who do whats right, but the protestors dont care, we are biger and that automaticaly makes us the bully

You never see anyone against the terrorists eh, that must mean that they all are terrorists. I think it goes for saying that most people agree terrorism is bad so there is nothing to protest.

People in the US didn’t protest Iraq going into Kuwait because at that time 90% of Americans didn’t even know Kuwait existed much less cared who invaded. All we heard was that one day, out of the blue, Iraq had massed its tanks on the border of Kuwait and then entered. Suddenly it became a

    Who said so?
The majority was against Iraq when Saddam Invaded Kuwait. Here in the Arab world, only Yemen, Jordan, Sudan, and Palastenians (I’m not sure what was the position of Lybia) were with the invasion of Kuwait.

As for Israel and Hezbullah, Hezbullah are freedom fighters while Israel is an occupying power. Yes, Hezbullah started it by kidnapping the 2 soldiers, but history tells us that when Hezbullah kidnap a soldier, Israel will release 100s of Arab civilians (children

People have protested those other issues you bring up, but it doesn’t get the same attention as the President of the US. Remember, a world coalition formed to removed Iraq from the soveriegn nation of Kuwait.

But – do you know the history behind Kuwait? It used to belong to Iraq, and the British wanted the oil and didn’t want to have to pay Iraq, so they created the nation of Kuwait. Kuwait was the rightful property of Iraq, just as Taiwan is the rightful property of China. Kuwait

Because we are damned if we do and damned if we don’t.
We are always going to be condemed for being who we are and what we do.
    jmlmmlmll | Sep 02, 2006

When Iraq invaded Kuwait, the whole World protested.

That is why Iraq, was kicked out of Kuwait so fast.

Back then, every powerful Nation (including many Arab Nations), were in agreement with going to War against Iraq, just like most were in agreement with the USA going into Afghanistan but not into Iraq.

A majority of the protest’s against Bush are not Anti-War in general…it’s because of how Bush lied to all, to go to War against Iraq.

Libya denies massacre as Kadhafi breaks cover - February 22, 2011 by Admin

    22.02.11
Witnesses in the Libyan capital Tripoli had reported “massacres” in certain neighbourhoods after the state channel announced on Monday that security forces were assaulting “dens of terrorists.”Kadhafi, 68, appeared on Libya television late Monday night to scotch “malicious rumours” that he had abandoned the oil-rich North African nation in the face of protests that flared a week ago in the east of the country. “We passed a barricade manned by men armed with Kalashnikovs,” he said, adding: “I was very scared, they had arrested a couple of Africans.”Terrified expatriates were hunkered down with their families awaiting evacuation from Libya, and said pictures of Kadhafi had been torn in Gargaresh, “which earlier was full of his supporters.”More than 1,000 Chinese construction workers in Libya were forced to flee after gun-wielding robbers stormed their compound, stealing computers and luggage, their employer and state media in Beijing said.
